Can you believe there are only 79 more days of 2015? Crazy huh? And with Halloween creeping around the corner, that means candy, turkey, ham, and hopefully some fudge is in my near future. But, I have to have a plan to combat or at least help combat all that yummy goodness that I’m going to eat. Are you the same?

Starting today, Tuesday October 13 (I know I’m starting on a Tuesday and not Monday, I’m strange), I am repeating Jamie Eason’s Live Fit Trainer. LFT is a 12 week program. If you start today with me, we will end on January 5. How awesome would it be to take the most fattening time of the year by storm?

Day 1 – Jamie Eason Live Fit Trainer
Wide Pushup (standard or on knees): 3 sets of 12 reps
Dumbbell or Barbell Bench Press: 3 sets of 12 reps
Flat Bench Cable Flyes: 3 sets of 12 reps
Narrow Pushup (standard or on knees): 3 sets of 12 reps
Overhead Triceps Dumbbell Extension: 3 sets of 12 reps
Triceps Pushdowns: 3 sets of 12 reps
